We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Hard Candy purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for cosmetic returns.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the items in their original box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
